With 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, Electric Looleh Pars Pazhand Company began its work in 2006 by producing automotive flexible pipes based on Peugeot company standards and license, supervised by SAPCO (Supplying Automotive Parts Co.), and according to the KES standards of South Korea, supervised by Sazeh Gostar Company. The company has been able to produce high-quality products based on IATF standards by utilizing the best laboratory, test, and control equipment and machines and become the main supplier for Iran Khodro, SAIPA, Kerman Motor, Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company, and many other companies
in the field of wire and cable manufacturing, by mass production using 14 production lines. According to the company’ research and development plan, industrial and panelboard flexible pipes (Siemens) were added to the company’ products and export items in 2011. All the machinery and molds of the company are made and utilized by the Machinery Manufacturing Unit of the company, supervised by the Technical and Engineering Unit.
Control and laboratory equipment:
Based on French Peugeot PSA9645870999 standard and as it is approved by Sapco, this company has the best and the most equipped plastic industry laboratory in the east of
the country.
This company, by using the best laboratory equipment from the most reliable German brands and by using modern technology, takes steps towards quality production and customer satisfaction.
During the production process, the laboratory conducts continuous
sampling and testing,including:
in-process dimensional and flammability test,thermal aging test accelerated at 150 °C, impacttest at -30 °C,chemical tests in solutions and gasoline, mechanical tension and pressure tests,and other tests based on standard clauses or customer requests.
All production procedures are carried out by the company’s quality control unit based on Estandarde IATF,andcontinuous and accurate control.We have been successful in achieving
Sapco B Grade through our best quality assurance unit.
